In the initial consultation, I will take a detailed history of your case. Not only will we discuss the symptoms, but there will also be time for in-depth consideration and reflection on your symptoms and about your own personal life and health history. This can often provide a valuable insight into how to begin clearing up your symptoms and making you stronger.

This first session takes up to 90 minutes or an hour for children. I will then prescribe homeopathic remedies and/or nutritional suplements which can be tablets or liquids which you will order from the pharmacy. The cost of these is generally not included.

Follow-up sessions are 30-45 minutes.
