 About Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of medicine based on treating the individual with highly diluted substances given in mainly tablet form (remedies), which are prescribed to trigger the body’s natural system of healing.

The guiding principle of homeopathy is the Law of Similars, which states that the same substance that causes a set of symptoms in someone healthy can be used in miniscule doses to cure those symptoms in someone who is unwell.

However, every case is different, and homeopaths treat the whole person, not just a set of isolated symptoms. For this reason, initial consultations are wide-ranging and in-depth, allowing the homeopath to build up as complete a picture as possible of the person's health, history, lifestyle and emotional well-being.

The remedies used in homepathy are tried and tested in extensive trials on healthy people, and are completely safe.

Homeopathy can be effective in treating an enormous range of conditions. I have personal experience of helping clients in the following areas:

Allergies: eczema, hayfever, asthma, allergic rhinitis, food intolerances
